The European Residue Task Force (ERTFT) has concluded that small molecule drugs with similar modes of action and safety have a market potential of over 100mth to 350mth. Based on this, Accord Healthcare Limited (AHL) is evaluating the EERTFT’s recommendation and conducting a study to assess the safety and efficacy of small molecule drugs with similar modes of action and efficacy. This study will (1) assess the safety profile of amlodipine and doxepin (interferon alpha and insufflent) using a validated EERTFT study design and (2) compare the safety profile of amlodipine and doxepin using an active, randomised, open-label, single-centre, two-way crossover study to assess the efficacy and safety of amlodipine and doxepin. The study design will include a single-centre, randomised, open-label, two-way crossover study of amlodipine and doxepin to assess the safety profile of these drugs in terms of tolerability, frequency of local side effects, quality of the reported data, and drug efficacy and safety. The study design will (1) compare amlodipine to doxepin and (2) assess the safety profile of these drugs using validated EERTFT studies and ECCS (extraction for safety) and EMBRx (extraction for safety) questions. The EERTFT study design will (1) compare amlodipine to doxepin and (2) assess the safety profile of these drugs using validated EERTFT studies and ECCS (extraction for safety) and EMBRx (extraction for safety) questions. A LAMA will be completed to assess drug efficacy and safety profile of these drugs using a validated EERTFT study design. • Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

It is important that you do not take more than one dose of high blood pressure medication within a 24 hour period. You may receive a single dose for that condition and you should take it as directed.
Tadalafil may increase your chance of experiencing a stroke, or a single dose of Tadalafil may be advised as there is a risk of dizziness or drowsiness when taking Tadalafil. You must discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor before you take Tadalafil and any other medications you are taking.
